Studio Coordinator (Part-Time)

The Studio Coordinator (SC) lives their power by supporting the world-class CorePower Yoga studio experience, including coordinating studio operations and holding the studio to the highest health and safety standards. In alignment with our Core Values, the SC works alongside the Studio Manager to deliver results and sustained growth towards all current company and studio-level goals.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador of the CorePower Yoga Core Values at all times and consistently inspire these values in others
• Support the Studio Manager in achieving company and studio level goals, including membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, teacher and SET recruitment, and programming enrollment
• Commit to a flexible schedule of 18-29 hours per week in-studio, in support of operations coordination and teaching (if certified)
• Serve as the studio-level point of contact for students and staff if/when Studio Manager is not present
• Support maintaining an appropriate level of studio supply inventory
• Engage and know your studio community consistently; greet students by name, serve as an ambassador of yoga both inside and outside of the studio, and spend quality time at the front desk fostering community

Coordinate and Execute Health, Safety and Cleanliness Protocol in the Studio

• Uphold high standards for the studio and when on duty, ensure that the physical studio space meets the high CPY standards of cleanliness and functionality
• Support communication around Smart Health Protocol to students upon entry and throughout their visit at CPY
• Act as an extension of the Studio Experience Team (SET) including cleaning the studio, stocking amenities, and ensuring the CPY cleanliness protocol is always followed while on duty in the studio

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Values
• Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism and exceptional interpersonal skills are required
• Experience in Customer Service required
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred
• Yoga Sculpt teacher training is preferred
