Job Summary

We’re seeking a talented UX/UI & Product Designer with a proven track record of designing user-focused digital products from concept through launch. In this role, you will lead end-to-end design efforts, develop scalable design systems, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless experiences across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a UX/UI & Product Designer. The UX/UI & Product Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs, conducting user research, applying design thinking principles, and developing product design strategies. The designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences and innovative product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• User-Centered Design: Drive the UX process research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to inform product decisions and improve user satisfaction.
• UI Craftsmanship: Translate wireframes and prototypes into polished, high-fidelity interfaces that align with brand standards and accessibility best practices.
• Design Systems: Build and maintain a cohesive, scalable design system (components, patterns, iconography) to streamline design-to-development handoffs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Service Design teams to align on requirements, deliverables, and roadmap priorities.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and design excellence.
• End-to-End Ownership: Own the full design lifecycle for multiple product initiatives, from ideation through launch, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging design tools (AI-driven, prototyping), trends (3D, interactive experiences), and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience for mobile apps, web apps, websites, and desktop applications
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design & Prototyping: Figma (strong skills in Figma), Adobe XD, FigJam, Miro, Framer.
• Frontend & Interactive: Webflow, Wix, Cursor AI, Lovable AI, Bolt.new
• 3D & Game Dev (plus): Blender, Unreal Engine, Spline, Quixel Mixer
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with experience leading cross-region design efforts and aligning multiple stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Multimedia, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.

Certifications (nice-to-have): Google UX Design Specialization, Interaction Design Foundation certificates.
