- Leverage AI to streamline the research process (e.g., participant outreach, data analysis, synthesis, and reporting) while ensuring outputs are accurate, interpretable, and methodologically sound.
- Influence department-level decisions by championing user research, aligning insights with company priorities, and proactively identifying emerging opportunities grounded in member needs and trends.

- Proven ability to synthesize complex research findings and craft compelling narratives that influence decisions across cross-functional and executive audiences.
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure and ambiguity, setting boundaries and enabling productive engagement with research.
- Forward-thinking mindset around AI, with the ability to leverage AI tools in your workflow while staying current and exploring how AI can enhance research processes and team effectiveness over time.
