This is a primarily remote role, with occasional in-person collaboration at our Washington, DC office as needed.

As a Digital Marketer / Lead Digital Marketer, you will be at the forefront of building and scaling our outreach engine.
This isn’t a role for someone who wants to do “safe” or repetitive marketing. It’s for someone in their early-to-mid career, hungry to grow fast, and energized by learning how to make cutting-edge tools work together. From AI-driven cold outreach to CRM automations to help us drive real results.
You don’t need decades of experience, but you do need to be resourceful, curious, and ready to put in the work to test, refine, and scale digital outreach strategies.
What You’ll Do
Cold Outreach & Campaign Building
Design and manage cold outreach campaigns using platforms like Instantly.ai or similar AI-based tools.
Build logic-driven email drips that nurture prospects over time.
Manage newsletters and updates that drive engagement with our brand.
Lead Generation & Contact Research
Use tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar platforms to identify and validate prospect lists.
Research and source accurate contact information for targeted campaigns.
CRM & Workflow Automation
Manage and optimize outreach flows within CRMs (e.g., Customer.io, HubSpot).
Integrate scheduling and calendar management tools like Calendly into campaigns.
Leverage AI to personalize outreach and build scalable but customized messaging at volume.
Analytics & Iteration
Track open rates, response rates, and booking conversions.
Use data to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign cadence.
Suggest new approaches and test different outreach channels.
Who You Are
