Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits
A small fast-growing mechanical engineering consulting firm is seeking an experienced HVAC & Plumbing CAD Designer
REQUIREMENTS High School Graduate, GED, Vocational School and/or higher level education Associates degree or several years of CAD experience Must have experience & be proficient using Revit CAD & MS Word (AutoCad 2D and 3D is a plus) to prepare specification documents Experience design detailing HVAC (heating, ventilating and air conditioning), piping, plumbing, fire protection Ideal background detailing facilities/buildings (Education, Commercial, Industrial, Medical, Public Housing, Transit, Airports, Library and Historical Sites) Well organized with exceptional verbal and written communications skills Follow directions and guidance from Senior Designers and Engineers Complete project in a timely fashion Past experience with State of Ohio, Cuyahoga County, City of Cleveland, Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, or Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District is a plus
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
