Position Purpose: The Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist (Paid Search & Measurement) plays a pivotal role in enhancing our Marketing Measurement and Analytics capabilities. Utilize advanced analysis techniques to deliver actionable insights, create scalable reporting tools, support experimentation, ensure data quality, and discover new data solutions that inform media strategy and optimize performance. This role is part of the Channel Analytics team and requires close collaboration with Media Strategy, Activation, and Creative teams. Key Outcomes:

Achieve success by executing roadmap initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, and enhancing marketing efficiency and effectiveness through strong technical expertise in data analysis and storytelling. Performance will be assessed based on the ability to recognize trends and opportunities, support diverse marketing functions, and implement measurement capabilities to improve insights and overall marketing performance. Key Responsibilities: 20%

Act as the primary contact for marketing analytics, fostering relationships with the marketing team to understand priorities and analytical needs. 20%

Analyze data to identify opportunities to enhance marketing operations and present findings to stakeholders. 20%

Engage in special marketing projects, focusing on process improvements and campaign development as directed. 20%

Collaborate with IT and other analytics teams to develop innovative tools for marketing use, ensuring seamless change management and adoption through effective training and communication. 20%

Design, develop, and distribute essential reports for the marketing organization, continuously identifying areas for improvement, including new data sources and enhanced visualizations. Direct Manager/Direct Reports: This position reports to the Manager, Analytics. No direct reports are associated with this role. Travel Requirements: Overnight travel is typically less than 10% of the time. Physical Requirements: Primarily an office-based role, with occasional need for movement or to lift light items. Working Conditions: Comfortable indoor working environment. Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least eighteen years of age. Legally permitted to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Marketing Analytics/Measurement, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel; Python knowledge is a plus. Proven ability to analyze and interpret data effectively with excellent quantitative skills. Familiarity with marketing data, KPIs, campaign structures, and conversion funnels. Hands-on experience with Paid Search, Paid Social, and other marketing platforms. Experience in running A/B tests and applying best practices for testing. Knowledge of tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics. Experience in agile project workflows, contributing to documentation and data processes. Proficient in PowerPoint, with strong data visualization and storytelling skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for preparing succinct, high-quality documents. Demonstrates proactive problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a collaborative environment. Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field of study. Minimum Years of Work Experience: 3 years.
