Position Overview:
As Manager of Content & Business Development at EverPass, you’ll play a key role in supporting and executing the company’s content and strategic growth initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally to support content partnerships, identify new business opportunities, manage key account deliverables, and help drive high-impact projects across the organization.

What You\'ll Do Support the development and execution of EverPass’s content roadmap and strategy
Assist in sourcing and structuring content partnerships
Help manage relationships with leagues, rights holders, platforms, and agencies
Business Development Research and evaluate potential partnership opportunities across sports, media, and technology
Support business case development, internal presentations, and deal analysis
Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, product) to drive execution of partnership deals
Strategic Initiatives & Market Analysis Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and landscape mapping across media and streaming
Analyze trends in sports, digital content, and distribution to help inform leadership decisions
Support special projects and growth initiatives across the business
Assist in the day-to-day management of strategic content and distribution partners
Track partner deliverables, reporting obligations, and activation campaigns
Help identify growth, renewal, and upsell opportunities within key accounts
Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Coordination Partner with Finance, Product, Marketing, and Legal to ensure content initiatives are implemented smoothly
Build internal reports and dashboards to measure success of strategic projects
Help create scalable workflows and documentation to support future content operations
What You\'ll Bring 4–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, content strategy, or strategic planning within the media, sports, or digital content space
Experience supporting deal execution, partnership strategy, or content licensing
Strong analytical and organizational skills with a bias for action
Confident communicator who can build cross-functional alignment and clearly present findings
Proficient in Excel and presentation tools
Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for sports, media, and the evolving content landscape
Expected Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for a new hire into this position is $90,000 - $120,000. This range complies with local law, and reflects the current hiring range. EverPass considers qualifications, skills, experience, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level. The company expects to hire at the mid-range, with potential for a higher offer only in rare cases when a candidate has exceptional qualifications.
