Our client, a respected leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Visual Inspector to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, computer skills, and a strong self reliance and motivation which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Visual Inspector

Location: Research Triangle Park

Pay Range: $20 per hour

Shift: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am, 2x2x3 schedule

What's the Job?

  • Inspect vials, syringes, and bottles for defects such as particles, cracks, discoloration, or improper fill levels.

  • Record inspection results in electronic batch records (EBR), SAP, and cleaning logs.

  • Operate semi-automated and automated inspection equipment.

  • Model current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and ensure compliance with all safety standards.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Experience in assembly within manufacturing environments

  • Strong technical aptitude and computer skills/knowledge

  • Proactivity, self motivated, willing to work in teams and alone

  • Collaborative work effort with a strong bias for action

  • Previous experience working in a GMP environment preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
