Sales & Marketing Associate

Location: Salt Lake City, UT – IN PERSON

Job Type: Part-Time - 20 hours

Compensation: $20-$25 per hour

This platform streamlines generating PDFs, crafting emails, tracking deal progress, and managing customer relationships. SimpliFi is fully customizable to meet business needs, helping firms optimize operations and boost productivity. Position Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team. This role blends sales, marketing, and customer engagement, offering a unique opportunity to grow with a fast-paced, innovative company. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage weekly social media posts and advertising campaigns
• Set up and coordinate product demos
• Reach out to prospective clients via email, phone, and social platforms
• Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships
• Conduct cold calls to generate new business opportunities
• Assist with website development and ongoing maintenance
• Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate strong sales skills
• Represent the company at industry-related conferences and events (occasional travel may be required)
• Table at local events and trade shows to promote products/services
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and sales initiatives
• Perform other related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred
• Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Basic understanding of website management (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, etc.)
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events and conferences

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Nice to Have):

• Graphic design or content creation experience
• CRM or lead management software knowledge
• Event planning or coordination experience
• Innovative thinker
