Your upbeat attitude and ability to engage customers keep the sales floor energized and Sales Associates motivated. Under the guidance of the Assistant Store Leader, you will lead your team to meet and exceed sales goals, ensuring every customer receives personal attention. You will mentor and coach your team, fostering their development and performance.

A day in the life as a Team Leader, Design & Trade

• Lead a designated team and manage associate workload in collaboration with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on performance and maintain a visible presence in the department.
• Partner with the Assistant Store Leader to train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, visual standards, policies, and procedures.
• Stay informed about new store initiatives and communicate changes effectively to team members.
• Promote and drive sales, maintaining awareness of current and upcoming products.
• Review KPI results, identify opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
• Regularly communicate with the Assistant Store Leader regarding business results, strategies, customer feedback, and team performance.
• Ensure all customers receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service by setting expectations and modeling behaviors.

What You'll Bring To The Table

• A personal style with a discerning eye and passion for design and home furnishings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.

We'd love to hear from you if you have

• At least 1 year of customer service or retail experience.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, and weekends for full-time roles.
• Availability to work weekends and at least one weekday or evening for part-time roles.

Minimum Starting Rate: $17.25/hour

Up to: $25.88/hour

Pay may be adjusted upward to comply with local laws. Compensation may include bonuses, incentives, and long-term incentives based on role and performance.
