Overview CTI is seeking an AV Project Manager for our Chicago Branch, located in Itasca, IL. The role requires a dynamic, highly organized self-starter who is passionate about AV, capable of managing all aspects of AV integration projects, and skilled in delegating responsibilities and communicating effectively to ensure on-time project delivery.
Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical operations staff
Manage project timelines, specifications, and budgets with accurate, up-to-date documentation
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
Lead and motivate project teams, oversee training and performance, and delegate tasks
Support national account projects and coordination
Oversee multiple job sites across various locations simultaneously
Assist AV installation teams with project execution, including installation, programming, and punch list completion
Perform other duties as assigned to support project success
Qualifications A/V Install and Project Management: 5+ years of experience; act as the main point of contact for clients and employees during AV/Conference solution implementation
Education: Associate degree preferred but not required; relevant experience considered
Customer Service Experience: Must demonstrate strong customer focus
Attitude and Aptitude: Eagerness to learn and adapt; capable of tackling diverse situations
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interface with clients and multiple internal teams
What’s in it for you? Base salary $65,000 - $85,000+ (DOE)
