This is a production underwriting role which will mainly focus on new business production as well as more complex renewal business. The book of business will focus on professional liability coverage for media industry classes. This individual will work with both retail and wholesale brokers in the western territory. Ideal candidates will have existing knowledge of professional liability and ideally media or creative industry segments, however those with miscellaneous professional liability experience are urged to apply as well. Responsibilities Underwrite professional liability (E&O) risk for media/creative industry segments Focus on new business production and more complex renewal business Work with retail and wholesale brokers in the western territory Leverage existing knowledge of professional liability to assess risk and pricing Requirements 1-3+ years of E&O underwriting experience Existing wholesale or retail broker contacts preferred BA/BS required About HireGrowth Executive Search Group HireGrowth is an executive search group dedicated to the commercial insurance industry.
