135 E 57th St, 4th FL, New York, NY 10022 Overview Sollis Health is hiring for a strategic Senior Manager of Web & SEO to own and optimize our website experience, drive organic growth, and build a robust CRO roadmap. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll collaborate with the broader Marketing, Revenue and Product teams to enhance user journeys, boost performance across our e-commerce and lead flow, and stay ahead of evolving trends in SEO — including the growing influence of AI in the user’s search behavior. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end strategy, management, and optimization of the company website. Oversee daily web operations, ensuring site speed, UX, and accessibility meet best practices. Manage and iterate on the e-commerce and conversion flow to reduce friction and maximize member acquisition. Develop and own a data-driven CRO roadmap aligned to business KPIs, execute A/B and multivariate testing programs to improve engagement and UX. Analyze user behavior and funnel performance using web analytics tools such as GA4, including building dashboards that deliver meaningful insights. Lead website redesigns, migrations, and optimizations with UX, design, and development teams. Continuously test and evolve website pages, CTAs, navigation, and content layout. Create and manage accurate event tracking via Google Tag Manager and other platforms. Regularly report on website and organic performance to stakeholders. Provide monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights. Lead and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across technical, on-page, and off-page domains. Conduct technical audits and partner with Engineering to ensure best practices. Own internal linking strategies and manage backlink profile growth. Guide the Content team on SEO-informed content development and optimization. Stay informed on evolving AI-driven search technologies and adapt SEO strategies accordingly. Collaborate cross-functionally to launch initiatives that drive growth. Serve as a thought partner on content performance, UX, and overall site experience. Perform related duties as requested. Experience We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have: 6+ years of experience in website management, SEO, and CRO, ideally in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment. Deep understanding of web platforms, CMSs (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, Directus or custom CMS), and technical SEO. Proven experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO), and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog). Conduct regular site audits, keyword research, and competitive analysis. Prior experience in the healthcare, healthtech, or wellness industry a strong plus. Experience in DTC digital environments is a must, B2B is a plus. Experience creating CRO testing roadmaps and directly impacting pipeline or revenue goals. Familiarity with modern e-commerce and lead-gen flow design and optimization principles. Strategic thinker with a strong grasp of how AI and LLMs are impacting search behavior. Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, structured data, and website architecture. Understanding of accessibility and compliance standards (e.g., ADA, HIPAA). Stay current with algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices. Range: $110,000 -$130,000 + Bonus + Equity This is the range of pay for New York City & California candidates only.
