Overview Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $170,000 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work remotely from any country where the employer is registered Comprehensive benefits package including 18 days of paid vacation, 12 sick days, and 11 holidays per year Supportive and collaborative work environment with a focus on mentorship and professional development Chance to make a positive impact on maternal and child health globally Responsibilities Serve as the technical lead and primary contact for maternal, newborn, child health, and nutrition programs Ensure high-quality technical deliverables are developed, submitted, and approved on schedule and within budget Provide strategic leadership on MNCH and nutrition policies and programming Develop and implement processes to achieve strategic technical goals of the Health Programs portfolio Manage monitoring and evaluation activities, contributing to project work plans and reports Qualifications Master’s Degree or its International Equivalent in a related field; clinical background in public health preferred Minimum of 12+ years of relevant technical/project management experience, including 8+ years in a leadership role Experience leading USG-funded MNCH and/or nutrition projects Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; fluency in a second language is an advantage Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with national MOH personnel and local partners Preferred Qualifications Prior work experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO) Experience expanding successful models to improve quality clinical care in MNCH and nutrition Proven track record in providing mentorship and supervision to strengthen healthcare services Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at various levels Comprehensive knowledge of concepts, practices, and policies related to MNCH and nutrition #GlobalHealth #MaternalHealth #NutritionPrograms #RemoteWork #CareerOpportunity #J-18808-Ljbffr
