Content & Design Translate pursuit strategies into compelling written and visual materials. Develop brochures, presentations, and proposals that align with Huseman Group’s brand standards. Collaborate with Operations and technical experts to write and refine technical content. Organize and prepare teams for project interviews and client presentations. Ensure materials are polished, cohesive, and strategically tailored to each opportunity. Help refine pursuit processes and identify ways to continuously improve. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field. ~ Equivalent work experience in proposal development or marketing communications may also be considered. ~2–4 years of experience in proposals, marketing, communications, or related fields. ~ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ~ Strong writing and editing abilities, with a knack for simplifying technical information. ~ A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. ~
