Videographer Job at HP Designs in Eau Claire

Seasoned Marketing & Content Creation Specialist with 15 years of experience in driving brand growth and engaging audiences

We’re looking for a reliable, creative videographer who loves being out in the field — literally. You’ll be filming construction projects, job sites, crews in action, and brand stories across western Wisconsin.

No editing required — your focus will be on capturing clean, steady, well-composed footage that our post-production team can bring to life.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to job sites (typically within 60 miles of Eau Claire) to film construction progress, equipment operation, and team interactions
• Capture smooth, properly exposed, well-framed video clips (drone experience is a plus but not required)
• Communicate with the HP Designs team to follow shot lists and creative direction
• Ensure footage is properly backed up and delivered after each shoot
• Maintain professionalism and safety on active job sites

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Availability 1–3 days per week (schedule varies depending on projects)
• Experience shooting video with DSLR or mirrorless cameras
• Basic understanding of framing, exposure, and camera movement
• Comfortable working outdoors and around construction environments
• Ability to work independently, follow direction, and meet deadlines
