The base pay range for this position is $80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns from strategy to execution for clients.
• Write compelling ad copy and design ads tailored to B2B audiences.
• Collaborate with clients to define campaign goals and KPIs, ensuring strategies align with their business objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance, deliver insights, and collaborate with our team to continuously improve results.
• Stay ahead of LinkedIn Ads trends and implement new strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills & Requirements

• 2+ Years LinkedIn Ads Management: Hands-on experience in campaign execution, audience targeting, lead generation, A/B testing, optimization, and strategy.
• 2+ Years Developing Ads: Expertise in writing ad copy and visually designing ads.
• Strong Work Ethic: Gets things done.
