We’re hiring a Filmmaker & Content Creator. Capture stunning jewelry, tell real client stories, and power our brand across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, ads, and in-store screens.

Don Victor Jewelers crafts and curates fine jewelry with a focus on timeless design, exceptional stones, and a luxury client experience. We’re growing our brand presence across web, social, and in-store activations and we’re looking for a visual storyteller to bring our pieces and process to life.

What you'll do

• Plan, script, and storyboard short- and long-form content aligned to campaigns and product launches, collaborating with our video editor to ensure continuity in storytelling and production flow.
• Film product features (macro), diamond/stone highlights, craftsmanship/process, and customer testimonials—with clean framing and consistent brand style.
• Light reflective jewelry professionally to control glare, color cast, and sparkle; maintain color accuracy across scenes and sets.
• Manage the content calendar and deliver raw footage on schedule with clear naming and organized file hand-off for the editor.
• Capture event coverage (trunk shows, drops, in-store events) and occasional on-location shoots.
• Collaborate with the owner, marketing team, and video editor on content ideas, brand voice, and key messaging.
• Maintain the studio area and monitor gear usage and basic upkeep.
• Support social publishing by posting final videos/photos supplied by the editing team.

You bring

• 2+ years in videography/filmmaking, content creation, or similar portfolio-ready experience.
• Strong camera skills (manual exposure, focus pulling, frame rates) and studio lighting fundamentals.
• Experience shooting highly reflective/small products (jewelry, watches, cosmetics, etc.).
• Solid audio capture (lav/shotgun) and clean dialogue workflows.
• Understanding of social trends, hooks, pacing, and retention analytics.
• A collaborative mindset, reliable time management, and a polished aesthetic.

Nice to have:

• Product photography/retouching (Lightroom/Photoshop), focus stacking, and macro rails.
• Basic studio set building and prop styling.
