AptarGroup, Inc. is hiring: Film Packaging Operator in Auburn

Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to the following:

• Sets up and packages all finished products according to packaging specifications.
• Performs changeovers and set-ups on Press and Auto-cutter as directed.
• Run finished products on Press and Auto-cutter as directed.
• Completes all required documentation completed and accurately per cGMP requirements.
• Obtains all necessary raw material and supplies needed for packaging.
• Performs routine daily maintenance and repairs on packaging equipment as directed.
• Verifies that finished products are stored and labelled properly.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
• Identifies areas where additional documentation would be helpful to outline production requirements.

Qualifications/Education/Special Skills

• Physical ability to perform activity in Film room
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a Manufacturing atmosphere preferred
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Basic knowledge of Excel preferred
• Ability to use common mechanic hand tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong organizational skills
• Enjoy working with your hands
