Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to join our Consumer Experience Organization in Richmond, VA, with the option for remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Lead paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on ROI and performance insights.
• Drive brand growth through organic social plans and content strategy.
• Build and run influencer programs, including strategy, talent sourcing, and performance optimization.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing team through coaching and growth-focused leadership.
• Identify untapped opportunities and launch new initiatives in fast-paced environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience creating and executing paid social campaigns.
• Consistent track record of building and scaling organic/paid social strategies and content programs.
• Direct experience creating and running paid influencer campaigns.
• Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing direct reports.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
