We’re Hiring: Instructional Designer / Communications Specialist – Canonsburg, PA (Hybrid)

Our client is seeking a talented Instructional Designer / Communications Specialist to join their Tower Business Performance team.

This hybrid role (Mon & Fri WFH; Tue–Thu in-office) focuses on creating impactful business communications that engage teams and drive change adoption.

Location: Canonsburg, PA (Primary) | Houston, TX (Secondary)

Schedule: 8 hours/day, Hybrid - Mon & Fri WFH; Tue–Thu in-office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead creation of business unit communications with SMEs
• Drive awareness and adoption of business unit goals and projects
• Develop communication plans and author/edit content across multiple channels (email, Teams, SharePoint, video)
• Collaborate with Internal Communications team to ensure consistency with corporate messaging
• Manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• Clear and impactful writing with stakeholder engagement experience
• Corporate communication, metrics gathering, and summarization
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Adobe Suite
• 2+ years experience creating business communications for awareness and change
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Bachelor’s degree (Journalism, Communication, Marketing preferred) or equivalent experience
