Qualifications - Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) or Master of Architecture (MArch) degree.
- Revit
- Develop presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations) and construction drawings
Plus Skills - AutoCAD, Lumion, Sketchup, and TwinMotion
Responsibilities - Assist with site and space planning for construction project managers
- Research building codes, local zoning, and business park covenants
- Prepare presentation drawings, diagrams, and renderings to clearly convey design ideas
- Review project scope with construction project managers
- Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction
- Review and coordinate construction documents with construction project managers and consultants
- Develop preliminary designs into construction documents
