Payrate: $55.00 - $59.00/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary design team in CoreAI Platform and Tools to develop seamless end-to-end user experiences in Azure AI Foundry.
• Design and write content for in-product experiences that help customers achieve their goals
• Design experiences through the lens of language, leveraging expertise in user experience design, design thinking, and product strategy.
• Design, write, edit, and test clear, compelling in-product language that adhere to company's style guides and best practices.
• Understand, employ, and evangelize our content design principles, coherence guidelines, and content design evaluation tools.
• Identify opportunities for content additions, improvements, and innovations and effectively pitch those ideas to the team and stakeholders
• Perform functional and editorial quality assurance on content as appropriate.
• Work directly with design, engineering, PM, and developers to create and refine product features.
• Utilize research and data to extract user insights that inform design decisions.
• Follow design system patterns, brand voice principles, and style guides to ensure accessibility and usability.
• Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment.
• Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years' experience product design experience with an emphasis on content.
• Proficient in Figma and company products.
• Hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large-scale projects from end-to-end
• Hands on experience in following the iterative and agile software development lifecycle

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $55.00 - $59.00 per hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
