Location: Miami, FL Full-Time | 2 Years Experience Cultivate PR & Social Media is a boutique communications agency rooted in storytelling, visual impact, and luxury digital marketing. We’re seeking a Creative and Visual Social Media Manager who’s passionate about crafting beautiful content, understands the world of luxury, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. What You’ll Do: Own the day-to-day management of client social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) Curate visually elevated content that aligns with brand identity Assist in creating content calendars and writing captions with purpose and polish Monitor engagement, track performance, and suggest optimizations Stay on top of trends (and know which ones not to follow) You Should Have: At least 2 years of experience managing social media (agency or brand side) A strong aesthetic sensibility and love for editorial, visual storytelling Familiarity with luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, and real estate brands A collaborative, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and grow Experience with editing tools such as: Capcut, Canva, Adobe.
