We’re Hiring: Gallery & Communications Assistant

Opa Projects is looking for a creative and dynamic Gallery & Communications Assistant to join our team. The role requires someone who is comfortable with new technologies, skilled in digital communication, and curious about contemporary culture. We value creativity, initiative, and the ability to help build and engage a community around the gallery.

What you’ll do

• Welcome visitors and ensure the gallery feels alive and inviting.
• Develop our online presence through social media, newsletters (Mailchimp), and digital content.
• Help organize events that connect people and spark conversations.
• A strong communicator, curious and open to learning.
• Confident with digital tools, social media, and communication platforms.
• Creative, proactive, and not afraid to bring new ideas.
• Organized and resourceful, with a hands-on approach.
• Curious about culture in a broad sense — from art to fashion, music, design, or tech.
