Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One year of customer service experience in a library preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Experience with PeopleSoft preferred.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong oral and written communication skills; organizational skills; ability to work independently; proficiency in computer skills; professional interaction with faculty and students.
