We’re looking for a part-time podcast producer who’s organized, creative, and passionate about helping bring powerful, heart-expanding conversations to life.
We are about to launch a new podcast and our mission is to make people believe in love again — through real, raw, and inspiring dialogues about intimacy, connection, and conscious relationships. If you’re someone who loves turning meaningful moments into beautifully produced, binge-worthy podcast episodes, this is for you.
Your Role
- Manage the full post-production process for 1 episode per week
- Oversee, upload and manage all uploads across Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and RSS platforms.
- Oversee, upload and manage all shorts across YT, Instagram and Tiktok
- Ensure every episode (audio + video) meets impeccable standards of quality and tone.
- Coordinate with the team (editors, hosts, designers) to keep timelines and deliverables aligned.
- Provide strategic input: on episode titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and content pacing for discoverability and engagement.
- Maintain a clear content calendar to ensure weekly, on-time releases.
- Give constructive feedback and uphold production excellence in every detail.
- Monitor analytics and share weekly insights with suggestions for growth.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have proven experience in podcast production and publishing, ideally with shows on Spotify, Apple, and YouTube.
- You understand end-to-end podcast workflows (editing, metadata, scheduling, optimization).
- You have an aesthetic eye for visual consistency and storytelling.
- You’re familiar with tools like Descript and social media management tools
- You know best practices for thumbnails, titles, SEO, and engagement metrics.
- You are very familiar with YouTube analytics and podcast performance metrics.
- You’re proactive you don’t just follow instructions; you think strategically about how to elevate the show.
- You are high energy and positive!
- You’re organized, communicative, and deeply reliable with timelines.
- You align with our mission: expanding love, intimacy, and human connection through thoughtful, heart-centered conversation.
