What You’ll Do

• Support day-to-day PR operations across multiple tech and innovation clients
• Assist in developing media lists, researching journalists, and tracking outreach
• Draft press materials, media alerts, and briefing documents
• Monitor coverage and compile daily and weekly media reports
• Track industry trends, competitor activity, and cultural moments that matter
• Assist with coordinating client calls, agendas, and meeting recaps
• Partner with Account Executives and Managers to execute creative campaigns
• Bring energy, curiosity, and ideas to brainstorms, pitches, and strategy sessions

You’re a Fit If

• You have 1–2 years of PR experience or relevant internships in tech, startup, or agency environments
• You’re passionate about technology, innovation, and storytelling
• You’re organized, dependable, and have a strong attention to detail
• You’re a clear and confident communicator both in writing and verbally
• You have a “figure it out” mindset and enjoy taking initiative
• You thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
• You’re excited to grow quickly and take on more responsibility in an agency that is growing fast
• You live in New York, San Francisco or Los Angeles
