What You’ll Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

• 40% Service Chatbot Design
• 20% Journey frameworks
• 40% Research and Discovery

Daily Responsibilities

• 60% Hands On UX Design
• 20% Mixed Method Research
• 20% Stakeholder Communication

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience designing internal AI chatbots
• Comfortable speaking directly with high level Stakeholders
• Experience conducting User Research and quick prototyping
• Past experience partnering with LLM teams
• Complex System Design experience

Desired Skills & Experience

• Past work in pharmaceutical or healthcare
• Experience within large Enterprise companies
• Multimodal interfaces
• Previous work with AI/ML teams

Contract Details

Contract Duration: 3 – 6 Months with extension

Location & Status

Remote contract with potential to convert to full-time; location: northern Chicago area.
