Piper Companies is hiring: Lead UI Developer in Sparks Corner

Piper Companies is seeking a UI Development Team Lead that’s well-versed in web design to join a rapidly growing organization based in Sparks, MD.

Responsibilities for the UI Development Team Lead include:

• Determine technical feasibility of approaches with Proof of Concepts to mitigate project risks.
• Lead the design and development of dynamic user interface templates/pages and constituent page elements for multiple enterprise web applications.
• Manage requirements gathering, definition, and design of new or changing applications.
• Partner with team members to identify usability issues and make resolution recommendation.
• Work with Managers to understand business objectives and provide technical assessments, risk analysis, UI recommendations, and accurate development estimates.
• Stay current with web standards and emerging technologies.

Qualifications for the UI Development Team Lead include:

• Bachelor\'s degree or comparable work experience.
• Five years\' graphic design and user interface development for commercial enterprise web applications.
• Proficient in the following programming languages: HTML, XHTML, HTML 5, Java Script, JQuery, AJAX, JSON.
• Preferred experience with Visual Studio 2012, Twitter\'s Bootstrap, Angular JS framework, ASP.Net MVC projects written in C# and VB.Net and Developer Express Control Suite.

Compensation for the UI Development Team Lead includes:

• Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 depending on experience
