We believe authentic human connections are the driver of business and societal progress. We create these connections across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to engagement to retention. Our culture is curiosity, collaboration, proactivity, and always bringing the outside perspective to our customers. Why This Role Rocks This is a hands-on role at the center of an award-winning, fastest-growing, CX-focused company. From launching bold brand campaigns to fueling pipeline-driving programs with top tech partners (like Salesforce, Braze, and Movable Ink), you’ll help shape how Bold Orange shows up in market. This role thrives in ambiguity, loves building from scratch, and can shift from scrappy execution to polished delivery. You’ll collaborate across business development, design, technology, and executive leadership to bring bold ideas to life that drive awareness, growth, and credibility. What You’ll Do You’ll support planning and manage execution across our full-funnel marketing efforts—from go-to-market campaigns and content creation to events, awards, and sales enablement. Go-To-Market & Brand Execution: Manage and execute integrated campaigns across events, content, paid media, and organic channels. Editorial Calendar: Manage and maintain our editorial calendar to keep content delivery on schedule. Brand Consistency: Ensure our brand shows up consistently across all channels and materials. Content & Thought Leadership: Draft and edit marketing content (blogs, case studies, social posts, video scripts, newsletters, etc). Partner with SMEs and leadership to package perspectives into market-ready content. Sales Enablement & Pipeline Support: Build and maintain sales tools like one-pagers, case studies, and comms packages. Collaborate with business development to support outreach strategies, nurture campaigns, and lead conversion efforts. Support execution of partner marketing programs. Awards & Events: Own and manage the awards calendar and submission process—tracking deadlines, drafting entries, and coordinating with award organizations. Plan and execute key events, including the annual CX Midwest conference—from logistics to speaker coordination to attendee communication. Partner with leadership on PR opportunities and support earned media efforts. Channel Management & Optimization: Support paid and organic social strategy with a focus on content performance and audience growth. Manage website updates in partnership with design/dev teams to improve storytelling and conversion. Track and report marketing performance using Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Sprout Social, bringing insights to optimize content and channel mix. What You Bring 5–7 years of marketing experience—ideally in an agency, brand-side or B2B role with exposure to events, content, and digital campaign execution. Strong experience managing and executing cross-channel campaigns with measurable results. Clear, confident communicator who can tell a story—verbally and visually. Proven ability to work independently and manage projects from direction to delivery. Confident navigating content and collaboration tools (CMS, Salesforce, SFMC/Pardot, Google Analytics, social schedulers). A high bar for quality, attention to detail, and a get-it-done attitude. Focus on action, ownership, and curiosity. How We Work Our marketing team drives growth, trust, and visibility. We work smart, fast, and with intention. We’re collaborative, feedback-driven, and committed to high standards—without taking ourselves too seriously. We push boundaries, lead with curiosity, and always make space for fun.
