Creative Project Manager
join one of our well-known sporting goods manufacturers. The
Creative Project Manager
will be responsible for leading the planning, and coordination of creative marketing projects that support the companies marketing team. This role ensures that all creative deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards. The
Creative Project Manager
collaborates closely with internal teams across the company to drive efficiency, transparency, and excellence in creative execution.
Pay: $40-$45/hr depending on experience Location: Hybrid in Fairhaven, MA (3 days on-site, Tuesday-Thursday) Duration: 6 months with potential for extension Creative Project Manager Responsibilities:
Project Ownership: 65% Lead the end-to-end management of creative projects supporting the marketing plan, from initial briefing through final delivery. Resource Management: 5% Work with Sr. Manager, Creative Operations to prioritize internal creative and design team resources to ensure optimal workload distribution. Schedule & Calendar Management: 10% Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Adobe Workfront and track milestones and deadlines to ensure timely delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration: 5% Partner with internal stakeholders including marketing, product, creative, and digital teams to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Meeting Facilitation: 10% Attend all project meetings and lead regular status updates with cross-functional team leads to ensure alignment and transparency. Process Optimization: 5% Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and communication across teams to enhance project efficiency and creative output. Creative Project Manager Qualifications:
5-8 years of project management experience in a creative, marketing, or agency environment. Strong understanding of creative production processes across digital, print, and video. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Adobe Workfront and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Passion for golf or familiarity with the golf industry is a plus. #LI-MH1
