Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Assistant Community Manager for our apartment community, Caldera Apartment Homes in Houston, TX. Full Time $23.00 - $25.00 Hourly.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in property management or business
• Prior experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager preferred
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
• The ability to lead, manage and train others
• High energy and a professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
