What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of multifamily property leasing experience
• Bilingual a plus but not required
• Leadership skills and a drive to support team performance
• Strong communication and customer service mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with Entrata is a plus

What You’ll Do

• Support hiring, training, and scheduling of onsite team members
• Help manage leasing goals, resident retention, and occupancy
• Oversee delinquency efforts and financial processes like purchase orders and invoicing
• Deliver excellent resident service and ensure smooth community operations
