Overview

The Manager of Advancement Operations plays a vital role within the FIT Foundation, overseeing all aspects of advancement operations, including scholarship administration, financial reporting, donor acknowledgment, data systems, and process improvement. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Advancement, this position serves as the central operational hub supporting the Foundation's fundraising goals and department-wide efficiency. The Manager will lead budgeting and reporting efforts, assist with maintaining database integrity, and develop and implement operational procedures.
