The 1LMX Integrated Testing Team under the 1LMX Deployment and Integration Center of Excellence (CoE) is hiring a Test Automation Engineer Sr. This role reports to the 1LMX Test Automation Asc Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders in portfolio/product teams and integration & test to identify automation solutions for a range of applications.
  • Automate test cases and support automated testing during 1LMX integrated test cycles.
  • Support automated testing at the portfolio/product level.
  • Assist with automation of other, non-test processes in support of 1LMX deployment as needed.

Further Information About This Opportunity

This is a hybrid role, requiring some onsite work at our location in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Due to program requirements, this role necessitates US Citizenship.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with scripting in one or more of the following languages: Python, Visual Basic (VB script), Java
  • Experience or familiarity with software test practices/tools
  • Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong drive and initiative (self-starter)
  • Proficient in organizational skills
  • Experience with Agile project delivery
  • Conceptual knowledge of DevOps best practices
  • US Citizenship is required due to program requirements

Desired Skills

  • Experience with test automation frameworks: Tosca, Robot, Selenium, Unified Functional Test, etc
  • Experience with keyword-based test automation development
  • Conceptual knowledge of containerization techniques using Docker
  • Experience with cross-quadrant testing: user facing tests, functional testing, unit testing, scalability testing
  • Experience with Configuration Management
  • Experience with Mobility Testing
  • Experience with Systems Verification
  • Experience with Test Procedure Development
  • Ability to work in a virtual team setting

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their schedule remotely and part of their schedule at a Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week to condensed schedules, which provide additional time away from the office in addition to Paid Time Off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour days, 3 days off per week
