Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Proactively prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and digital lead follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and community influencers.
  • Provide exceptional client service before, during, and after each transaction to build repeat and referral business.

Property Representation & Sales

  • Conduct professional listing presentations, leveraging the Gailey Enterprises brand, luxury marketing materials, and media exposure.
  • Stage, price, and prepare properties for sale using market data, client goals, and our signature lifestyle-focused marketing approach.
  • Host high-energy open houses, private showings, and community events to drive traffic and interest.
  • Collaborate with our in-house media and marketing teams to create cinematic listing videos, professional photography, and social media campaigns.
  • Represent Gailey Enterprises and your listings on-camera for Selling with The Gaileys segments, as well as other promotional content.
  • Actively promote listings and personal brand across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, in alignment with company branding.

Market Expertise & Continuing Education

  • Stay informed on local market trends, competitive inventory, and pricing strategies.
  • Attend weekly team meetings, training sessions, and coaching calls with senior leadership.
  • Maintain all required licenses, continuing education, and legal compliance for real estate practice.

Community & Networking Engagement

  • Actively participate in networking events, charity functions, and community initiatives to increase brand visibility.
  • Build influence in key markets such as coastal communities, equestrian farms, and luxury enclaves.
  • Leverage community connections for potential media opportunities and client introductions.
  • Always be networking and meeting new people daily!

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active Real Estate License in Florida or Georgia (dual-state licensing is a plus).
  • Proven sales experience in real estate, ideally in luxury, coastal, equestrian, or high-end residential markets.
  • On-camera presence — comfortable being filmed for Selling with The Gaileys, social media, and marketing content.
  • Exceptional communication skills — both verbal and written — with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust quickly.
  • Strong local market knowledge or the willingness to become an area expert in assigned territories.
  • Proficiency with real estate technology, including CRM platforms, MLS systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to attend showings, meetings, and events.
  • Comfortable with Social media and utilizing it to build your brand!

Preferred:

  • Track record of annual sales volume in real estate.
  • Established sphere of influence or network in local communities and high-value circles.
  • Interest in social media content creation and personal brand building.
  • Team mindset.
  • Willingness to help others within the team.

Compensation

  • $65,000 yearly - $120,000 yearly
