Where You’ll Work
This position is based in our Lenexa, KS office. We leverage a hybrid working model, working three days in the office, two days optional remote work.
What You’ll Do
The Front-End Web Developer will play a key role in implementing new site designs and features, while also owning the development of marketing microsites and internal web applications. Operating within the Brand Communications team, this role is central to delivering an exceptional user experience by developing intuitive, high-performing, and accessible web interfaces.
- Collaborate with designers and other developers to translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Implement new website designs, features, and functionality to enhance user engagement and experience.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, including implementations, performance and functionality, to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions with cross-functional team members.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and advancements in the digital experience platform space.
What You’ll Bring To CHA
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with .NET framework.
- Experience with Sitecore, WordPress, or similar CMS.
- Familiarity with search technologies like Sitecore Search, Elasticsearch, Solr or Coveo.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Sitecore Developer Certification is highly preferred.

This pay range shown is a guideline. Min: $80,000 Max: $160,000. Compensation is based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role\'s location and is subject to change based on work location.
