to help lead the next evolution of our brand and business. This is an amazing opportunity for a creative operator who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution — someone who can design and implement initiatives that drive visibility, strengthen relationships, and generate meaningful new opportunities. You’ll create and refine systems to expand our reach, deepen our loyalty, and ensure The Lurie Group continues to set the standard for excellence in San Francisco real estate. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership seriously, thinks strategically, executes with precision, is creative and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Growth & Brand Visibility Build and execute multi-channel strategies that elevate The Lurie Group’s presence and influence across San Francisco and the Bay Area. Create and optimize high-impact content that showcases our expertise, insights, and leadership in the luxury real estate space. Leverage innovative marketing systems and creative tactics to enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital and experiential channels. 2. Community & Partnership Development Cultivate relationships across industries and communities that support customer acquisition and brand growth. Identify and execute opportunities for collaboration that elevate visibility and reinforce The Lurie Group’s position as a trusted connector and advisor. 3. Client Experience, Engagement & Retention Create and deliver memorable client experiences and touchpoints that support customer retention, deepen our relationships and reflect our distinctive brand culture. Manage all stages of execution — from concept and coordination to production and follow-up — ensuring every detail reflects warmth, professionalism, and care. Track key relationship milestones and implement systems that ensure consistent, thoughtful outreach. Drive programs that reinforce loyalty, trust, and advocacy. 5. Creative Assets & Marketing Collateral Oversee and produce marketing materials that meet the highest standards of design, storytelling, and brand cohesion. Maintain a refined, consistent brand aesthetic across all visual and narrative touchpoints. Continuously evolve messaging and positioning across all platforms. 6. Content & Communications Create, manage, and distribute original content across newsletters, social media, and emerging platforms. Maintain a steady publishing cadence with compelling storytelling and measurable engagement. Develop and manage a bench of fractional creatives and trusted partners to deliver polished communications. Support strategic collaborations and media opportunities that highlight The Lurie Group’s leadership in real estate. Monitor engagement and sentiment to continually refine our storytelling and communication strategy. What You’ll Bring: This role integrates client acquisition, relationship retention, and brand amplification into a unified growth engine. You’ll be both architect and operator — building the systems, content, and experiences that compound visibility, trust, and deal flow over time. 3+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or communications within luxury, real estate, hospitality, or tech. Proven ability to both strategize and execute — you can design the plan and roll up your sleeves to make it happen. Exceptional storytelling, writing, and design sensibility. A growth mindset and ability to take, give and incorporate feedback well. Strong project management skills and comfort managing multiple priorities. Experience with digital marketing, CRM systems, and content platforms. Confident, organized, and energized by a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Self-starter that proactively seeks opportunities where Marketing can uniquely support the growth of the business. Compensation & Culture You’ll earn a competitive salary with performance incentives and unique experiential benefits. You’ll have the opportunity to build a strong brand that’s growing and thriving. We operate in a high-energy, collaborative environment grounded in excellence, creativity, and authentic connection — the same qualities that define every client relationship we build.
