Senior UI Lead / Architect Job at Compunnel in Minneapolis

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. UI Lead / Architect to design and lead the development of modern, scalable, and responsive user interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Angular (version 17), a foundational understanding of Ruby, and experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS.

This role requires strong technical leadership, architectural design skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality UI solutions.



Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of scalable, high-performance UI applications using Angular 17.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, DevOps, and product managers to define UI architecture and integration strategies.
• Utilize prior experience with Ruby to support legacy systems or integration needs.
• Design and implement cloud-based UI solutions using AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Ensure UI components are reusable, maintainable, and aligned with modern design principles.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to front-end development teams.
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of UI applications.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI Architect with hands-on expertise in Angular 17.
• Prior experience or working knowledge of Ruby, even if from 5–10 years ago.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms for UI deployment and integration.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies and responsive design principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React or Ionic frameworks.
• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and its integration with cloud services.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
