Resupply is looking for a creative team player to join us on our journey to reinvent and forever change the supply-chain of charitable contributions within the United States. We are seeking someone who will be passionate about our mission as we turn household goods into emergency relief for those in need. As a Product Designer at ReSupply, you will play a key role in bringing our product vision to life. Your primary function will be to design user interfaces and user experiences across our digital products, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that balance form and function. You will collaborate with our product and design team to collect and evaluate user requirements. Using that information, you’ll create UI mockups and prototypes for all screens, navigation, and notifications to be reviewed, built, and tested by our engineers. We are looking to optimize current product lines as well as add new features & functionality and tackle completely new builds.

A Successful Product Designer Will Be Responsible For
Conducting user research and interviews to better understand user behaviors, pain points, and motivations
Interviewing internal and external stakeholders to align design priorities with business and user needs
Illustrating design concepts through storyboards, process flows, or sitemaps
Designing user interfaces and user experiences across digital products, including wireframes & prototypes to review with the team
Designing graphical user interface components such as menus, tab widgets, and notifications
Communicating across the product, design, and engineering teams to reach a consensus on design decisions and share a vision for the product
Performing usability testing to validate design concepts
Position Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions
Familiarity with industry-standard design tools, such as Figma and Adobe Suite
Ability to identify challenges in user flows, interface design, or product features and propose actionable solutions.
Understanding of designing interfaces that work well across a range of devices, including mobile, tablet, and desktop
Ability to work with international teams and adaptability to different cultures
Excellent verbal and written documentation skills for collaboration with team members
A passion for creating technological solutions for social and environmental good
A willingness to work on-site full time in our Downtown Boston office
