Position Overview We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team. This role requires a balance of creativity and organization, with responsibilities ranging from content writing and graphic design to client communication and event support. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to contribute to both client-facing projects and internal initiatives. Core Responsibilities Content Development: Write and edit blogs, newsletters, press releases, proposals, and marketing copy aligned with client and company brand voices. Graphic Design: Produce professional, visually engaging print and digital marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator required). Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and monitor posts across multiple platforms; analyze and report on engagement and performance. Client & Team Collaboration: Serve as a key support for client projects and internal initiatives, ensuring deliverables are on time and aligned with strategic goals. Event Coordination: Assist with planning and executing client and company events, including logistics, promotion, and on-site support when required.
