Travel to Office expectations For Remote Roles : If this role is remote, there will be in-office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi-annual and annual team meetings. For Hybrid Roles : If this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. This will include, but not limited to, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly events in the office with your specific team. This is a requirement for this role. We are seeking a seasoned UX leader who is passionate about healthcare problem spaces and can drive the success of UX efforts from end to end. You have overall accountability for exceptional User Experience strategy across the product portfolio to drive successful product adoption and customer retention. You will set and implement mid to long-term strategy for critical end-to-end user journeys as a key function of product development and directly manage a team of UX professionals, including fostering advancement in productivity, collaboration, and capability with emergent Ai technology. You will work with executives cross-functionally to translate real-world customer feedback to value delivery, focus team efforts on strategic priorities, and influence decision-making to prioritize user-centered design. Key Responsibilities: Manage overall UX design strategy, priorities, and execution across the product portfolio for key user personas, leveraging emergent Ai technology Bring user research and design to early discovery efforts to understand user needs and design solution options. Lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary UX teams and foster their growth through rapidly evolving Ai tech change Build strong partnerships with product and engineering leaders to prioritize UX efforts and influence a user-centered approach throughout the PDLC. Build strong partnerships with GTM leaders to understand customer feedback and prioritize UX efforts to influence the product roadmap. Other Duties as Assigned Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in User Experience, Business, or Technology Extensive experience in customer needs and strategy for healthcare solutions in Post Acute, Skilled Nursing, Value Based Care, Healthcare Revenue, or related Experience with all aspects of people leadership, including recruitment, development and coaching in the Product Operating Model Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of complex projects with cross-functional buy-in Experience defining and using product analytics to identify potential UX issues and prioritize customer QOL efforts Salary range: $193,000 - $215,000 + bonus or commission + equity + benefits PointClickCare Benefits & Perks: Benefits starting from Day 1!
