Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with guests to facilitate arrival details and on-property requests.
- Communicate guest needs to appropriate departments and follow up to ensure requests are handled.
- Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation in a timely manner.
- Manage a large volume of phone calls and chat messages with a consistent, friendly demeanor.
- Analyze, prioritize, organize, multi-task, and follow up with a strong sense of urgency.
