Location: Jerusalem Judson Meadows & Judson Terrace - 4855 Ridge Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45209
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: 50,000-$55,000 + Benefits

What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals, ensuring a highly engaged team provides a great experience for residents.
- Process community staff payroll.
- Ensure collections of all monies due to the community (i.e., rent) are received and deposited.
- Process community invoices for payment.
- Purchase and maintain adequate supplies for the community.
- Maintain acceptable levels of occupancy (minimum 98%).
- Maintain positive relationships with the community owner/s and its residents.
- Review rental applications for approval.
- Complete move-out paperwork according to governing regulations.
- Perform unit move-out, annual, and housekeeping inspections in a timely manner.
- Audit all resident files and ensure they are complete and correct prior to forwarding to supervisor for review/approval.
- Timely completion of reports required by government agencies, administrators, or the Company.
- Maintain the community to Company standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
- Experience: 1+ year as a residential property manager with HUD/Section 8 experience a plus; or 3 years in a general manager role with strong people leadership and process management skills.
- Education: High School diploma; associate’s degree a plus. COS, LIHTC, HCCP, AHM credentials are a plus and may be pursued after hire.
- Dependability: Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
- Resident Focus: Commitment to providing exceptional service to residents.
- Operational Excellence: Deadline-driven with attention to detail, compliance, and quality.
- Technically Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience is a plus.
