Related Affordable is seeking a dynamic, results-driven property management professional to lead the day-to-day operations of our 219-unit affordable housing community in Hershey, PA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise office and maintenance staff; hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, recertifications, and administrative functions.
• Manage financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Foster strong relationships with residents; handle tenant/landlord relations and conflict resolution.
• Maintain compliance with affordable housing programs (HDC, HCR, HUD, LIHTC, etc.).
• Supervise property maintenance and ensure timely, high-quality service.
• Develop and manage the property’s budget; prepare key performance reports.
• Lead special projects to enhance the community and drive operational success.

Compensation

• Salary: $62,400 to $68,224 annually
• Annual performance bonus

Compensation is based on qualifications and location. Final offers are determined after a comprehensive assessment of the candidate’s background and role requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Expertise in affordable housing programs (Project-Based Section 8, LIHTC, etc.).
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management and accounting principles.
• Experience with RealPage, OneSite, JD Edwards (or similar software).
• Proven leadership with direct supervisory experience.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset and passion for creating great living experiences.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive issues professionally.
• Accountability, attention to detail, resilience, collaboration, and resident-centered approach.
