Who We’re Looking For

We are a fast-paced company and looking for an Inventory Demand Planner who is analytical, quick-thinking, committed to problem solving and driving results, and excited to hit the ground running!

What You’ll Do

• Utilize historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal influences for accurate demand forecasts.
• Determine optimal inventory levels based on popularity, seasonality, and fashion trends.
• Implement strategies to minimize stockouts and reduce excess inventory.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Analyze and report on sales performance and inventory turnover for different eyewear collections.
• Work closely with the design and marketing teams and management to plan inventory according to the lifecycle of collections and collaborate on product launches and promotions.
• Provide regular reports and insights on inventory performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

What You Bring to the Table

• Previous experience in high volume inventory planning.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with e-commerce inventory management software. Knowledge and experience with NetSuite, Oracle, and/or Inventory Planner is a plus.
