Ken Garff Ferrari, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is currently looking for a Paint Protection Film (PPV) Installer that aligns with our core values and acts with Respect, Integrity, Growth, Humility and Teamwork.

Looking for:

  • Accommodating and analytical, while producing highly precise and accurate work
  • Resourceful and seeks a high level of technical expertise
  • Unselfish and approachable with a preference for detailed, skill-based work
  • Knowledge of basic vehicle systems and technical resources a plus
  • Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S with a valid in-state driver\'s license and a good driving record, per company standards
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

What you’ll do as a PPV Installer

  • Install paint protection film (PPF) with precision to ensure a clean, high-quality finish.
  • Prepare and detail vehicle surfaces so the film applies smoothly and looks seamless.
  • Use proper techniques and tools for custom fits.
  • Inspect completed installs to confirm durability, alignment, and overall appearance.
  • Maintain an organized workspace, follow safety procedures, and support team members when needed.

Compensation

Compensation: Base salary during the introductory period + opportunities for additional pay based on installations and performance bonuses. After introductory period, compensation will be based on a paid per job. Total Estimated Earnings: $4,000-$7,000/Month depending on experience.
