We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team in Batesville, IN. This is a hybrid position with flexibility to work remotely. Candidates within a 2–3 hour driving distance of Batesville, IN are preferred to allow for occasional onsite collaboration, meetings, and events.
What You’ll Do
- Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality visual solutions across multiple platforms, including logos, brochures, case studies, social media templates, email signature banners, videos, PowerPoint designs, catalogs, and more.
- Collaborate with team members across Marketing Services, Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, and other departments to bring concepts to life and ensure consistency with brand guidelines and company positioning.
- Develop and present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Create videos, GIFs, and animations for web, email, and social media campaigns.
- Adapt to current design trends and leverage innovative technologies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of photos, designs, and the creative process.
- Assist with design projects including brochures, mailers, email marketing, catalogs, trade show graphics, case studies, online banners, and print advertising.
- Manipulate and reformat photographic images for different environments (print, online), and retouch product images for color accuracy and consistent lighting and backgrounds.
- Manage, organize, update, and archive projects and digital marketing assets; maintain high productivity and accuracy in timely completion of assignments.
- Other duties as required by the business.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent in Graphic Design.
- Minimum of 3 years of related Graphic Design and Marketing experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience with emphasis in Graphic Design.
- Significant experience in graphic design, photography, videography, and interactive design in a corporate or agency design role, with a focus on product and service marketing in a B2B and B2B2C environment.
- Experience working with a DAM; digital and print experience; experience in brand development, digital marketing, and omni-channel marketing strategies.
