Responsibilities

  • Branding and Packaging: Design innovative and eye-catching product packaging, labels, and POS (point-of-sale) displays that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Digital Content: Create a range of digital assets, including graphics for websites, banners, social media content, email marketing, and digital advertisements.
  • Print Materials: Design and develop various print collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials for the college.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure projects meet strategic and creative goals.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing materials to ensure a consistent brand image and visual identity.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and working effectively under pressure to deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of Cinema 4D, ability to design 3D Renderings and Animations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience, required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in in-house graphic design required that includes designing for print and digital.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
  • Advanced knowledge of print management for traditional offset and digital printing including color management, finishing, die cutting, and bindery.
  • Advanced knowledge of packaging design.
  • Advanced knowledge of Asana and Page Proof programs preferred.
  • Solid understanding of multimedia design for print, web, video, large format display.
  • Solid understanding of photography, photo retouching knowledge.
  • Intermediate knowledge of video editing, a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $37.00/hr.
